In the morning mist of Portland, USA, Yina Li stood on a private golf course surrounded by Douglas firs, gazing at the undulating fairway in the distance. As an avid golfer and advocate of sustainable fashion, she found that the women's golf apparel market was full of quick-drying but environmentally polluting chemical fiber fabrics, and the so-called "environmentally friendly series" were often just marketing gimmicks. At that moment, a firm idea sprouted in her mind-"Golf should be a dialogue with nature, why has clothing become a burden on the earth?"

So, in 2018, FUNGOLFS was born in Portland.

Yina's philosophy is simple: true sustainable fashion should not be a compromise, but a transcendence. She refused to use traditional petroleum-based synthetic fibers, and instead worked with Italian textile laboratories to develop SeaLuxe™ fabrics made from recycled fishing nets and marine plastics-it has breathability comparable to top polyester fibers, but can be completely degraded in the natural environment.

To ensure that every garment meets her definition of "green luxury", Yina travels around the world to find the most environmentally friendly solutions:

Japan's plant dyeing technology allows organic cotton to present natural tones such as tundra, morning mist, and dusk;

Portugal's craftsmen carve degradable buttons from olive pits, each of which is unique;

Kenya's women's cooperatives hand-weave pineapple leaf fibers to make light and breathable lining fabrics.
